We look after you interests and make sure the project runs smoothly, on time and on budget with any savings are passed on to you.

We do not have expensive fleets of vans, extortionate insurance premiums or high overheads. We arrange for each element of a project to be carried out by a skilled team of self-employed tradesmen working under a fixed price. Groundwork, brickwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, plastering, decorating, right through to contract cleaning on completion - all overseen by Molland Project Management Limited.

We manage the day to day running of the contract, just as a builder would. We make regular site visits, answer technical queries and liaise with the architect, trades and with you, leaving you to carry on as usual at work and at home.

Every build is different and for each project we produce a comprehensive cost plan listing every element of the work to be carried out, right down to the last door handle, a computer generated contract duration programme and cash flow forecast. We obtain written quotations from the various tradesmen and order all the materials on you behalf, insuring they arrive on time and aiding the smooth running of the contract.

All invoices are sent direct to us for checking and then passed on to you for direct payment, on a monthly basis, cutting out the middle man and saving the extra percentage add-on costs.

Molland Project Management Limited offers a management service for new build projects, extensions, and refurbishments for the private and domestic client but most of all we are able to offer a considerable cost saving and peace of mind to our clients.
